Registration Guide for Parents and Guardians

 

Thank you for choosing the Mystery Missions Camp (MMC). This guide is intended to help you complete the registration process efficiently and ensure that all necessary steps are followed.

Overview of the Registration Process

 

The MMC registration form is a multi-stage process designed to collect all relevant information and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for your child(ren). Please read the instructions carefully for each stage.

Stage 1: Registration

​

Parent/Guardian Information
At the beginning of the form, you will be asked to enter your own contact details, including your full name, email address, and phone number. This ensures we can reach you if necessary.​

Child Registration
You will then be prompted to specify how many children you would like to register. For each child, two separate sections will be generated:

By clicking each box, you can open the forms for each child. You can close the forms by the "X" button.

  1. Child’s Personal Details
    This section includes fields for your child’s name, age, medical conditions (if any), emergency contact details, and other essential information.​​

  1. Mission Selection
    In this section, you will choose the camp sessions (missions) your child will participate in, including week(s), location(s), and preferred course(s), if applicable.

Please note: All required fields must be completed for every child before you can proceed to the next stage.​​

Stage 2: Summary

​

On this page, you will find a summary of the information you have provided:

  • Parent/guardian details

  • Child personal information

  • Selected missions

We kindly ask you to carefully review all data. If you notice any mistakes or wish to make changes, please use the “Back” button to return to the relevant section.

In order to proceed to the payment stage, you must confirm your details by ticking the required checkboxes, which include:

  • Agreement to our Terms and Conditions

  • Consent for emergency medical care (if applicable)

  • Confirmation that all information provided is accurate

Stage 3: Payment

At this stage, the total amount due will be displayed. Any eligible discounts (such as early bird, sibling, or promotional offers) will be automatically applied.

To complete payment, click the “Pay Now” button. You will be redirected to a secure payment gateway where you can safely enter your payment details.

Stage 4: Confirmation

​

Once your payment has been successfully processed:

  • You will be redirected to the Confirmation Page, confirming your child(ren)'s place(s) at the Mystery Missions Camp.

  • A Welcome Email will be sent to the email address you provided, which will include:

  • Your payment receipt

  • A summary of your registration

  • Further information about what to expect
